Closed collections

If a Collection's Status is Closed, tagging a new Style into it is blocked by default: "Collection X is Closed. You need the Closed Add permission to tag Style Y into it." Only a user holding that specific permission can push a Style onto a Closed Collection; doing so stamps the row's Override Closed flag automatically as an audit marker. This is purely an audit trail, not something a user sets deliberately to bypass the guard.
