Overview
Elevate Labels is a Business Central extension that lets you design, generate, and deliver custom label output from almost any data in your system. Using configurable templates, you choose which source tables and fields to include, how the output is formatted, and how labels are delivered: downloaded directly, sent to a printer or external system, or emailed automatically.
What it does
- Flexible template design: build label templates from any Business Central table, join related tables at multiple levels, and filter to control exactly which data appears.
- Multiple output formats: generate labels in CSV, TXT, Fixed Width, or JSON to match your label printers or downstream systems.
- Automated printing: set up auto-print rules that generate labels automatically when warehouse shipments, sales shipments, transfer shipments, purchase receipts, or warehouse receipts are posted.
- Delivery routing: route label output to HTTP endpoints, email addresses, or download, with location-based routing rules.
- API access: external systems can request label generation through a REST API.
- Print logging and retention: every label print is logged with full traceability, and log records integrate with Business Central's retention policy framework.
- Access control: restrict template usage to specific users when needed.
