SKU rationalisation

To find slow-moving or dead stock worth pruning at the end of a season, run the SKU Rationalisation report.

  1. Set the Look-back Period (default 180 days back).
  2. Set the Slow Mover Threshold, the unit-sales cutoff inside that window (default 5).
  3. Optionally filter by Brand Code or Collection Code.

Result: the SKU Rationalisation Results page lists every flagged SKU against one or more reasons: Never sold, Slow mover (sold, but under the threshold), and No inbound (no purchase received inside the window). Each row shows Last Sale Date, Sales Qty Period, Last Purchase Date, Inventory, and a plain-language Reason.

Select the SKUs to act on and run Move to Discontinued. Unlike the Collection-driven bulk change, this applies the status change directly per SKU without creating a reversible Lifecycle Batch, so a SKU discontinued this way cannot be reversed the same way; check your selection carefully before confirming.
