Changelog
All notable changes to the Operations Hub extension are documented in this file.
The format is based on Keep a Changelog. Versions
follow Business Central's four-part Major.Minor.Build.Revision numbering rather than
Semantic Versioning.
[Unreleased]
[28.1.47.0] - 2026-08-26
Changed
- Stock on Hand (React): the Aptean-specific columns (Inspection Status, Blocked Lot No., Inspection Hold Qty.) no longer appear at all when the Aptean bridge isn't installed, instead of always showing blank.
- Stock on Hand (React): Show Results sometimes failed with a locking error and showed no results at all: remembering your last-used filters could occasionally fail (for example if you had the page open in two sessions at once), and that failure was stopping your actual results from showing. Remembering filters can now fail safely without blocking your results.
[28.1.46.0] - 2026-08-26
Added
- Stock on Hand: new "Quantity (Base)" column, always shown alongside Quantity.
- Stock on Hand: new "Serial No." column, shown next to Lot No. when grouped by Lot or by Bin and Lot; a lot held under more than one serial number now shows one row per serial number instead of one combined row. Bin-only grouping is unaffected and never shows Serial No.
[28.1.45.0] - 2026-08-23
Fixed
- Stock on Hand: the header filters' lookup - picking a value from the dropdown list (Location Filter, Item Filter, Variant Filter, Zone Filter, Bin Filter, Lot No. Filter, Serial No. Filter, Unit of Measure Filter) closed the list but left the field blank on some tenants.
[28.1.44.0] - 2026-08-23
Added
- Stock on Hand (React): each result row has a "..." menu with the same navigation options as the Business Central page (Item Card, Lot No. Information, Warehouse Entries, Item Ledger Entries).
- Stock on Hand (React): columns can now be sorted by clicking a heading, ascending or descending; results default to Expiry Date ascending with no-expiry lines shown last.
- Stock on Hand (React): a "Total Quantity" total and a "Showing X lines" count now appear above the results, along with a "Refresh" button.
- Stock on Hand (React): your last-used filters and grouping are now remembered and pre-filled the next time you open the page.
- Stock on Hand (React): Inspection Status now shows on the React page as well as the Business Central page, when the Aptean bridge is installed.
Changed
- Stock on Hand (React): filters now match the Business Central page exactly - all nine header filters plus the Bin/Lot/Bin and Lot grouping selector, not just Location and Item.
- Stock on Hand (React): Location Code, Unit of Measure and the seven remaining filters now offer a dropdown or type-ahead list of matching values, the same way the Business Central page's fields do, instead of plain text entry only.
- Stock on Hand (React): only one of Location Code or Item No. is required to show results, matching the Business Central page; previously both were required.
- Stock on Hand (React): the "Apply Filters" button is now labelled "Show Results".
- Stock on Hand: searching for "Stock on Hand" no longer shows the Business Central page when the "Use Legacy Inventory Overview Page" setting is off; use the Operations Hub instead.
- Operations Hub: the Operations Hub now opens Stock on Hand from within its own screen when the React page is selected, instead of only from the ribbon.
- Operations Hub Setup: renamed from "Elevate Setup" to "Operations Hub Setup".
[28.1.43.0] - 2026-08-22
Fixed
- Stock on Hand: the navigation actions' ribbon group showing the literal label "Category4" instead of "Navigate".
[28.1.42.1] - 2026-08-21
See the Stock on Hand guide for setup and usage detail.
Added
- Stock on Hand: selecting a row now shows the item's picture and standard invoicing/replenishment detail in a FactBox pane alongside the results, narrowed to the row's location, bin, variant and lot.
- Stock on Hand: new navigation actions let you jump from a row straight to its Item Card, Lot No. Information, Warehouse Entries, or Item Ledger Entries.
- Stock on Hand: usage is now visible to the Equerra team (which kind of filter was used and how many rows came back), helping guide where to invest next. No item, customer, or other business data is recorded.
[28.1.42.0] - 2026-08-19
Added
- Column headers: stay in view while scrolling through a long list of lines.
Fixed
- Column filters: fixed a filter losing focus after every character typed, so a filter value can now be typed in one go.
- Horizontal scrolling: stays available whenever there are more columns than fit on screen, including after resizing a column.
- Empty results: column filters stay visible when a filter matches no lines, instead of disappearing along with the results.
